RETURN POLICY

All products can be returned within 30 days of delivery. If you need to return or exchange anything, for any reason, contact us at bitwitorders@gmail.com to let us know you are sending something back. Package your item(s) and a note with your name, order number and detailed instructions. Send them to the address below. Returned items must be in new, unused condition to be eligible for an exchange or refund. Please note if the returned items are not in new, unused condition, we will not pay the postage fees to ship them back to you. Garments that are missing labels, have been laundered, or have been worn are not eligible for refund or exchange. We will process your return within 3 business days of receipt. There will be no additional shipping charge for exchanges.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Domestic US Shipping: We use a mixture of USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, and UPS Ground for domestic orders. Shipping prices are calculated by weight, zip code, and dimensions. The US rates below are maximum shipping charges. Most orders will have a lower price option. Customers in Alaska and Hawaii please allow 5-7 business days for USPS Priority Mail delivery. Shipping is calculated during the checkout process once you enter the state and zip code of the shipping address.

International Shipping: We use USPS First Class mail for all international orders weighing 4 pounds or less. We use USPS Global Priority Mail for all orders weighing more than 4 pounds. Refer to the tables below for international shipping prices. Please note: On June 23, 2019 the United States Postal Service increased all international First Class and Priority Mail rates. This is the third rate increase is three years The rate increases are significant. Our shipping prices are exactly what USPS charges us for shipping. We do not profit off international shipping prices. The price to ship a parcel form the US to your country in many cases is double or triple the price for you to ship a parcel from your country to the US. The USPS inflates international shipping rates to subsidize the extremely low cost of our domestic first class stamp. Our apologies.

Customs Charges: We take measures to help alleviate the potential cost of duties and customs charges when your order enters your country. We value all merchandise at wholesale value, not retail value. In many cases this valuation will significantly reduce or eliminate custom charges.

How to Save Money on International Shipping: As you can see in the tables above, USPS charges the same postage rate for 9 ounces to 2 pounds. To reduce your "per piece" shipping cost, order as close to 2 pounds as possible. Example: To ship 2 large shirts to Europe costs $24.25 for shipping or $12.13 per shirt. An order for 4 large shirts going to Europe costs the same $24.25 to ship, but the per piece shipping cost reduces to $6.06 per shirt.  Garment weights are listed on the Garment Sizing page. Undeliverable and Unclaimed Orders: If your order is returned to us as unclaimed or undeliverable, we will notify you and offer to ship it to you again, but you will need to pay 50% of the original shipping charge. If you refuse the 50% shipping charge or do not reply to the notification we will issue a credit for the merchandise portion of your order. We will not refund the original shipping charge. 

PACKAGING MATERIALS

All of our packaging material is environmentally friendly. Our poly mailers are made of recycled plastic and are reusable (please reuse them). Our cardboard mailers and boxes are made of recycled material. Our packing peanuts are biodegradable.  Our bubblewrap is made of recycled plastic. We reuse paper packing material and boxes whenever possible.

We use Next Level and Bella+Canvas for our unisex t-shirts, sizes S-4X. Solid colors are 4.3 ounce 100% combed cotton jersey. Heathered colors are 4.3 ounce 50/50 polyester/cotton. They are super-soft and comfortable.

DISTRICT THREADS - MEN'S T-SHIRTS: SIZES S-4XL

We offer District Threads style DT6000 men’s t-shirts, sizes S-4X. Made of 4.3 ounce 100% ringspun combed cotton jersey. They are super-soft and comfortable. Note: Heathered colors are made of 50% cotton, 50% polyester.

PORT & COMPANY T-SHIRTS: SIZES 4XL-6XL

We use Port & Company style PC450 for our big men's t-shirts. Made of 4.5 ounce, 100% ring spun cotton. Heathered colors are a poly/cotton blend.

TRI-BLEND T-SHIRTS: SIZES S-4XL

Our men's tri-blend t-shirts are available in sizes small to 4XL. Made of 4.3 ounce 50% polyester, 25% cotton, 25% rayon jersey fabric. This blend is incredibly soft and comfortable.

DISTRICT MADE - WOMEN'S T-SHIRTS

We use District Made for our women's cotton and tri-blend tops. These shirts are true women's sizing, not junior's sizing. Super soft and comfortable.
